Résumé de l'avis
Provided thorough rental guidance
Host made the rental process easy with clear explanations, in-RV documentation, and text support. Handoff was pleasant, though written black water instructions were missed.
New, clean, well-maintained RV
The RV was new, well maintained, clean, and easy to operate, described as flawless by one user. A black water valve problem led to a bathroom backup and trim damage for another.

5.0This was my first renting an RV. They made the whole process of renting, explaining the systems of the RV, how to safely operate it, and getting all our documentation a breeze. The rules were clearly stated, and there was documentation in the RV itself that we could go back to and refer if we had any issues. We were even given a number to text if we had issues, but thankfully did not need to use it as the RV was flawless. The RV itself was new, well maintained, clean, and easy to operate. I plan on coming back the next time I want to rent an RV.

5.0It would be helpful to have WRITTEN instructions regarding the black water release valve. The absence of that written instruction caused a backup problem in the bathroom. We were charged for the resulting damage to the bathroom trim.
