Comfort and Luxury all in this beautiful trailer! Enjoy a large central living area with a large slide out, dinette and couch both convert into beds, a large Master Bedroom area with King size bed with T.V(can be moved outside), and a fully equipped bathroom at the rear (Has a tub for kids). Main Living has TV and Bluetooth Stereo (CD/DVD, SD and USB). Unit also has vented A/C and Heat, to keep you comfortable no matter what the temperature is. Double bunks for the kids and a Very spacious kitchen area with a good amount of counter space. Kitchen has utensils, keurig coffee machine, toaster, plates, bowls, cups etc.... This unit is also equipped with a Power Awning, LED Outdoor Lighting, self leveling jacks, front power jack, tons of storage and can be run on as little as 30 amps. You must have a 2 5/16” hitch receiver Class 3, and your vehicle must be rated to pull the desired weight. Camping Chairs, movies, some games also included. ***Guidelines/Fees*****************************NO Smoking: Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $250 penalty, plus the cost of professional cleaning services (receipt will be provided);Late Return: Trailers NOT returned by 3PM will be subject to a $100 penalty;Cleaning (Dirty Trailer): Trailer must be returned in a clean condition; Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $300 penalty. PET Cleaning: If trailer is returned with pet odors and not declared at time of rental, the cost of professional pet cleaning service (receipt will be provided) plus the standard cleaning penalty $200 will AGE/Waste: Trailer must be returned with the Black & Gray waste water tanks empty. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $250 penalty.Empty Propane Tanks: 2 x 30lb Trailer Tanks are shipped out Full and must be returned Full. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $100 penalty plus the cost to refill the tank. Note: Renters may pre-purchase the following services as an add-on service, when booking rental; Penalties will NOT be applied in those cases. Hi ThereWe are Mark & Cheryl. We have been camping for about 10 years now however we just recently purchased this beautiful trailer we have on outdoorsy. Unfortunately we are extremely busy with work and don't have the time to vacation as much as we would like to and so we thought we would give this a try and let others enjoy this amazing trailer.
