Looking to get lost in the great outdoors? Our 2014 Chateau 23 U has a modern finish with vinyl hardwood floors, a kitchen backsplash, and cherry laminate finishes. The interior features:- 2 queen beds (in the back and over the cab)
- U-shaped dining table that converts to a third bed (perfect for two children or one smaller adult)
- Bathroom with closing door, shower with plexi sliding door
- 32" TV with DVD / Roku player (you can watch Netflex when connected to wifi, if that's your thing)

*Not available for travel to Mexico and must be approved for large events such as EDC or Burning Man, nightly rate, deposit and cleaning fee may very.
*Our unit is equipped with a GPS tracking device for the safety of your party and our investment.
*An excess cleaning fee of $100+ depending on incident will be charged for removal of trash, human or pet waste, sand and mud.
*Gas, fresh water & propane tanks will be full when you receive the RV and should be full when returned. Gas and propane can each be filled at $5 per gallon plus $20 fee for time.
*Gray and black water tanks should be empty. You have the option to pre-pay for these services if you prefer not to do them, or this fee will be taken out of your deposit should the unit be returned with waste in tank/s.
*No Smoking inside - No exceptions.
*If anything breaks, please notify us immediately. Please do not attempt to fix anything on your own before notifying us.
*Pick up and drop off times are flexible given the schedule of the RV and proper notice. We will do whatever we can to make your trip convenient as we know sometimes things can change. We will alert you if there will be an early pick up or drop off fee.

RV was clean and well maintained. I had no mechanical issues with the RV. I am particular about doing trip inspections on the vehicle I am driving out of habit as I am a CDL holder and drive for a living and I had no issues. It was stocked with amenities that made our trip much smoother. It was easy to coordinate with the renters, they were great - very helpful with the booking process. I would recommend this RV to anyone wishing to get away for a trip!

Great trip began with easy communication with Jessica and Sylvain. RV came with everything needed to set up camp, including hammocks and chairs. Extras like ziploc bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc provided made groceries more cost efficient. RV itself had enough space for a family of four (8 and 10 yr olds) on a 1600 mile trip. Check in and check out were a breeze. Bring command hooks to hang bags for a little more easily accessible storage. Don’t get me wrong, plenty of room but transitional nature of an RV trip benefits from more stow and go space. Also set your own expectations appropriately on costs so you are not surprised - Gas, campgrounds and extras can add up. Everything up front and simple in Jessica’s pricing model, which I appreciated, but you are taking a large vehicle into your possession for a time and that could mean a bit extra upon returning it. In our case, we lost a hub cap somewhere along the way that was our responsibility. Great trip, great hosts, we’d do it again.

We are flexible depending on other booking commitments. Our ideal preference is 48 hours to flip rentals but we can make it happen within 24 if needed. So long as we have the time, you have flexibility with our rental.
