This spacious bunkhouse trailer features 2 bedrooms, 1 master in the front with a queen bed and a bedroom in the rear with 4 bunks. Perfect for large families! This unit also has a large u-shaped dinette and large sofa. With an outdoor kitchen, this unit has everything you need and more! The kitchen features a gas stove, an oven, fridge/freezer, double sink, and lots of storage. The entertainment center includes a TV, stereo, CD player, and radio. -Anastasia Island, St. Augustine Florida. Beach access is a 5 minute drive, lots of water sports rentals, 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine, lots of amazing food in the area!
-Jetty Park, Cape Canaveral Florida. Beach access is a 5 minute walk, alcohol allowed on the beach and camp store sells beer, great for fishing and bait available for purchase, watch rocket launches and departing cruise ships!
-Blue Springs State Park, Orange City Florida. Great for kayaking, tubing, hiking, and swimming. Manatees swim in these waters and can be observed from the boardwalk or right from your kayak or tube!
-Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground, Orlando Florida. They offer horseback riding, golf cart rentals, lots of wildlife including dear, free transportation to theme parks, nightly campfires, character dining, and very clean facilities.

-Awning must be retracted during rain, high winds, at night, and anytime you leave the campsite. If you fail to do this and damage occurs, repair/replacement fee’s will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- Smoking is prohibited in and within 15ft of the camper. If used cigarettes, ashes, or smoke is found in the unit the cleaning charges will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If any of our amenities (pots, pans, towels, chairs, grill, propane, etc) are damaged or missing upon return of the vehicle, replacement cost will be taken out of your security deposit.
- If an unapproved pet is brought into the unit, a pet cleaning fee will be taken out of your deposit.
-If human or animal urine or feces are found on mattresses, counter tops, floors, rugs, cabinets, shower, sinks, chairs, etc cleaning or replacement fees will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
-No climbing on the roof. If roof damage is discovered upon return, it will be taken out of your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If you choose to take the unit into below freezing temperatures for any amount of time, you are liable for “winterizing” the unit. Failure to do so properly can result in significant damage to tanks and water lines.
