Diana is praised for quick responses, detailed walkthroughs, and accommodating requests. She checked in with renters and provided excellent support. Note: Two bookings were canceled by the host near departure.
Significant safety and maintenance issues
One renter experienced a near-blowout from a tire with no threads, found the RV old, dirty, with items taped, a frozen freezer, and a flat spare. Others found it clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

2.0It’s 2 stars because communication was good and host was nice when showed up late to pickup the RV, but sorry a tire lost its threads nearly blowing up which had it happened on the highway it would’ve put my family in danger. For that reason this RV was a flop! Then there was the cleanliness, the RV being just old and not well kept antique like it looks on the pics, things held with tape, freezer frozen, spare tire out of air, etc.

5.0Everything worked great overall. Diana was excellent to work with and a fantastic host. My only complaint was that neither of us were getting notifications on our messages, and the app wasn’t letting us upload photos. Other than that, the experience was great. Definitely ask her about her other RVs too — she has some nice options.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I am pretty flexible if giving me more than enough time to coordinate. You can pick up at 8 a.m. in the morning. If you are coming back in the evening, requesting this trailer be back before 8 p.m. Where I store it, the closed the steel gates at 9:30 p.m.
