Check out this amazing Winnebago Intent 31P. This motorhome provides for a vacation you have been longing for! From the moment you step inside, you'll realize how incredibly this motorhome truly is. From the stunning cab views, which enhance visibility while driving to the attractive dining and lounge area perfect for large families or groups. Outside, the motorhome is equipped with an easy-to-use powered awning and as with all of our units, comes with the outdoor camp chairs and outdoor rug included. The outdoor kitchennette includes sink, fridge and TV. In the kitchen, the unit has a three burner stove with oven and touch-controlled microwave making feeding the troops a breeze. Again, as with all of our units, this unit includes all of the kitchen necessities needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cookware, toaster, coffee pot is all included with this unit. If you are worried it won't have it, it probably does (and more). If you are still worried, just ask and we'll let you know if it's included. The 3 piece bathroom includes a standup shower, toilet and sink with access from both the master bedroom and the main cab. For sleeping, this unit has it all. The rear master has a large wardrobe for storing your clothes while vacationing as well as storage on either side of the bed. Heading back to the front is the twin bunkbeds. Perfect for kids yet still long enough for most adults (6'1" long). Up front is the StudioLoft bed above the cab. At 77 inches long, this bed could comfortably sleep those overgrown teenagers. The dinette and sofa also convert for sleeping areas however at 5'4" and 4'6" respectively, most adults will find getting comfortable a challenge. This unit comes fully stocked with all linens, and towels needed for your stay (professionally cleaned).

Rules of the Road! Please read in its entirety!
-Awning must be retracted during rain, high winds, at night, and anytime you leave the campsite. If you fail to do this and damage occurs, repair/replacement fee’s will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- Smoking is prohibited in and within 15ft of the camper. If used cigarettes, ashes, or smoke is found in the unit the cleaning charges will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If any of our amenities (pots, pans, towels, chairs, grill, propane, etc) are damaged or missing upon return of the vehicle, replacement cost will be taken out of your security deposit.
- If an unapproved pet is brought into the unit, a pet cleaning fee will be taken out of your deposit.
-If human or animal urine or feces are found on mattresses, counter tops, floors, rugs, cabinets, shower, sinks, chairs, etc cleaning or replacement fees will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
-No climbing on the roof. If roof damage is discovered upon return, it will be taken out of your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If you choose to take the unit into below freezing temperatures for any amount of time, you are liable for “winterizing” the unit. Failure to do so properly can result in significant damage to tanks and water lines. If any damage is found upon return to tanks, water lines, hoses, or connectors the repair/replacement cost will be withheld from you security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the manual provided in the unit. Failure to follow any procedures in the provided manual could result in repairs that will be with held from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If you choose to purchase add ons like beach packages, kayaks, bikes, etc and damage or fail to return these items, repair/replacement cost of these items will be taken out of your security deposit.
