Our 30' Coachmen Catalina bunkhouse model is the perfect RV experience for families or individuals.
We will deliver and set up the camper at your favorite campground in the Orlando/Disney area.
A big slide out in the living area provides plenty of space for family and guests to relax in comfort.
The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed with convenient side tables to keep things close by, hanging closets, overhead storage and a TV.
The bunkhouse has a full size lower bunk and 2 single upper bunks, a TV rests atop a storage cabinet. There is a door for privacy. The sofa and dinette convert to full size beds to offer more sleeping space. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, 3 burner stove and an oven.
The trailer is complete with a comfortable bathroom including a shower/bathtub big enough for a full-sized person. A sink, vanity and a flush toilet. Spending time outdoors is the idea of camping so the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge and wash sink. Also there is an New Wave Induction Burner and counter space for preparing meals outside. The theme parks are the reason most visitors are here.
There are at least 15 RV parks in the immediate vicinity of all the theme parks and attractions. The busiest is probably Disney's Fort Wilderness Campground. Others are Orlando RV Resort Thousand Trails, Outdoor Resorts, Tropical Palms, Sherwood Forest, Orlando-Kissimmee KOA, Moss Park (an Orange County Park), and many more all within about 30 minutes of all the attractions. We will provide information on the operation of all systems at time of delivery and will provide instruction manuals, features and appliances. It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
The awning has to be brought in at night and anytime you leave the campsite to avoid damage from unexpected wind and heavy rain damage. It is a fragile component and expensive to repair!
No Smoking of any kind is allowed in our camper. If necessary your entire security deposit will be held until the rig is professionally cleaned. Whatever the cleaning specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
We suggest that you purchase the Outdoorsy Damage Protection Plan that offers interior protection in addition to the Security Deposit.
