No smoking in this unit. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking in the unit a service fee of $300 will be claimed from your security deposit.
No pets in this unit due to allergy concerns. If you have a pet on the unit there will be a $300 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit.
If you leave the unit in a state that requires excessive cleaning, a fee will be assessed of up to $300. Please return the trailer in the same cleanliness you received it in. Cleaning products are supplied.
If you are late having the unit ready to be picked up based on a pre-discussed time there will be a penalty fee of $50 per hour.
Maximum amount the trailer sleeps is 8 due to safety concerns
Delivery only. No towing of the trailer or moving of the trailer
You should never be on the roof of the trailer
Must use RV safe toilet paper (which is included)
No wipes or anything else down the drains/toilet please please please
