One full size bathroom, kitchen has fridge/freezer, stove and microwave. The couch folds down into a bed big enough for 1 and the table comes down and turns into a bed for 2. We had a great time with our toddler and dog. The two separate rooms and spacious living area make it easy to still get your own space. They were flexible with our plans and made it an enjoyable process.
