5.0Our first time using Outdoorsy and couldn’t have had a better first experience! Caleb was on time, communicated throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make our vacation stress free. He even went through the trouble of reversing the set-up (after he had everything set up) to face our door towards the rest of our group in the adjacent campsite. Couldn’t recommend Caleb more if you’re looking for a great trailer for your next camping trip!

What do I do if I have any questions or issues while on my trip?

I will share my contact information once the booking is confirmed and you can call or text anytime something comes up.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
Pick up and drop off time can always be adjusted, to accommodate your needs. Just communicate what needs to be done and we will see what we can do to help.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
If the RV is being delivered and all 3 are available at your campsite, everything will be setup and you will not need to plug in any of it yourself. For non deliveries, a detailed instructional video will be shared showing how to hook up this specific RV

What do I do at the end of my trip?
R.
Throw trash, sweep floors, and wipe down countertops leaving the RV in the same condition it was received. Any used towels, linen, and blankets can be piled in any one spot in the RV so that we know what needs to be washed.
