Winter Rentals- Our rental units will be winterized as of October 15th.
When renting an RV between October 15th and April 1st all plumbing facilities including Kitchen and Bathrooms have been winterized. This means if you plan to travel in Canada or the Northern USA these facilities will not be operational. If you travel south beyond freezing temperatures you may de-winterize at your own expense. On your return trip you must re-winterize the unit before returning to north to the below freezing temperatures. Any damage caused by a failure to re-winterize with be charged against your security deposit.
