Résumé de l'avis
Responsive support, disputes over costs
Ed and Hector are praised for helpfulness and detailed walkthroughs. However, some guests experienced unlisted charges, strict rules, and disputes over deposits/generator use.
Drives well, mixed condition
Many found it easy to drive, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, it's 'experienced', with reports of missing/restricted amenities, foul smells, non-working outlets, and maintenance issues.

4.0No awning, though listed. Fridge smelled as we started to cool it (possibly mold). Brakes needed tuning. Water line has mildew/bacteria and smells. A few of the outlets didn’t work. But overall we still enjoyed ourselves for our trip. Beds were comfortable, the a/c worked, and the fridge worked which was the most important things

5.0I really enjoyed renting from Ed & Hector. They’ve been most helpful! when I get in a bind at the campsite, they’ve been available to help me solve my dilemma
