We welcome you to our Casa! We don’t only want you to enjoy your adventure but also love it! We have packed all house essentials to make it more easy to just hop and spend the best time of your life surrounded by family and nature! We know that our Casa will be just like your Casa!Easy to tow. Easy to set up with electric Power Stabilizer Jacks! Easy to operate. Equipped with solar panel energy ready to power you lighting needs and low voltage USB devices in anywhere you go. Our cozy trailer offers 2 twin bunk beds, a queen bed with 6in gel memory mattress, and a sofa bed. For your convenience there is a shower (hot/cold), toilet. The kitchen is equipped with 2 propane burners and medium sink. Microwave also included. All essentials included for full hookup RV sites (15-foot dump hose and 30amp/110volt 25ft power cord). Predator 3500 generator also available on request as an ADD ON.Feel free to contact us, as we will also consider 1-2 days rentals for overnights while parked at our house (this will include all hook ups).If looking for something bigger please feel free to check out our newest addition Home Sweet Roam, will sleep up to 8 people!****Friendly Reminder****Please do not forget to bring your hitch key, if you have currently a hitch installed as you will be using our hitch for towing trailer.*Thank you for taking time to read through and respect our requests below*Propane Tank Refill Prepayment $35 will be deducted from deposit after every rental, unless you choose not to add it, please let us know.Renter is responsible for any fees from campground that are due at the moment of dropping/picking up trailer.-No FestivalsWe trust our guests will treat our trailer with care as if it was their own. We truly appreciate the love and respect to our RV.Trailer must be returned in same clean conditions (it includes interior & exterior)-Dumping fee (if brought back with any black/gray/fresh water in any tank) = $150-If we dump tanks for you at campground it’s $35 + any additional campground dumping fees.-Cleaning fee/Excessive cleaning (if brought back not in the same clean conditions as when it was picked up there will be a $150 fee. Unless its excessively dirty, and detailing is required, there will be a charged of $200+ in addition to the standard cleaning/prep fee)-No bikes or firewood allowed inside living area of RV-Smoking is prohibited inside the trailer No smoking or other use of tobacco or similar products (including, but not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vaping devices, pipes, cigars, snuff, or chewing tobacco) Failure to cooperate there will be $800 fee-Dishes and cookware must be cleaned before returning.-Linens don't need to be cleaned, but must be free of stains and damage (upon request it includes 4-5 pillows, twin, futon/sofa and queen beds linens, along with a queen comforter and 3 blankets) $15 per each bedding set.
