Take the whole family along! This Camper offers room to spread out and great sleeping options. This trailer has a private queen bedroom, a private double bunk room, as well as a couch and dining seating which convert to beds allowing this trailer to easily sleep 10! There are lots of extra add-ons that will make it even better. Like the outdoor kitchen, Outdoor shower, electric awning and Tons of storage. The Queen Master bed is memory foam with an additional mattress topper. Even the bunks have additional Mattress toppers for added comfort.Pick up time is 4:00 pm

We Deep Clean, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize, and wash all bedding and linen.
You will be responsible for washing any dishes used and wipe down stove to prevent pests.
Please leave the trailer in "swept" clean condition. Basically, pick up after yourself and don't leave trash and food on the floor or counters.
Please strip bedding at the end of your stay and leave it on the couch in the living room.RULES:
-No Smoking or vaping inside the RV EVER.
A $200 fee will be deducted from your security deposit for failure to follow this rule.
-A full water tank will not be included but can be added under "enhance your trip".
-You are responsible for the gray and black water cleanout. If you are uncomfortable with the process or do not have time to care for this you can add it as a service under "enhance your trip"
-Only RV-approved toilet paper can be disposed of in the toilet. 2 rolls are included more can be purchased under the enhance my trip section. Flushing regular TP or feminine hygiene products will result in a $200 tank cleaning fee and will be deducted from your security deposit.
