This RV is perfect for pulling with a smaller vehicle such as a Jeep or 4Runner, Tacoma etc. This Rv is designed to take to destinations where other rvs can't, and can handle even the toughest of trails. This RV is perfect for his+ her getaways, but can sleep up to 5. (2-3 adults+ 2-3 children) The bunks are perfect for kiddos and smaller individuals. However, if you are looking for something a little roomier, we recommend going with our other RV 'Mountain Warrior' if it's available. This RV is fully stocked- includes linens, blankets+ pillows for 4 beds, coffee maker, Towels, and soap. This RV has a Murphy bed that can quickly and easily be converted into a queen bed in a matter of seconds, or be left made if you prefer! The RV has TWO bunk beds + dinette that converts into an additional sleeping area. The kitchen has a gas stove and cooktop, microwave, and sink, and includes basic kitchenware ( cups, bowls, plates, utensils, pots+pans, cooking utensils + silverware). The RV has a rooftop A/C, and a furnace for heating. Outdoor shower, Electric hitch, wheel chocks, and leveling blocks are included! The Rv will also include 2 Comfy camping chairs, an outdoor rug, and indoor board games. We also have several other camping equipment available for an additional rental fee! Such as a Whisper Quiet generator, large 10-person tent, 4-person tent, sleeping bags, air mattresses, and camping gas stove with cast iron skillets. Absolutely NO Pets OR Smoking Inside. We are a family that LOVES going to the mountains and hiking! Our family is big into Hunting and fishing as well. We are Both self-employed owning our Businesses and love the flexibility that it allows for making Family time a priority as often as possible. We have a Sweet little Boy that loves being outdoors and getting as dirty as possible! We wanted to allow others to enjoy our RV as much as we do when it's not in use.

Great experience with Frank. He communicated very well and adjusted plans a bit. Trailer worked flawlessly as a base camp for our father son forrest camping trip.

The pick up of the RV was smooth. The return of the RV was a nightmare. The owner couldn’t meet us for the return said to just drop it off at his driveway once we got there he showed up. He went around the RV to do a check he said everything looked great and gave us his personal number so we could contact him and not the rental company we went on our way. He calls us 2 days later saying the Rv stairs are broken that they looked like they been dragged and the thing needs to be salvaged. I told him we had nothing to do with that we took well care of the Rv we over cleaned it because he gave us the Rv not drained and not cleaned the floors were dirty the bathroom smelled like urine probably because he doesn’t drain it. I ask myself so why am I getting charged for a cleaning fee but we already know the rules of a rental place Im just saying he didn’t give us the RV cleaned and drained. Franko Jaime seemed like a sincere guy until he try to scam us saying we totaled his RV. Another big red flag he called me personally to tell me I had damaged his RV instead of the company looking to get paid . He’s whole story doesn’t make sense it sounds like he’s ready for a new RV and he is trying to take advantage of me and my family. I told him to take his concerns to the rental company because I had nothing to do with the damages but he kept insisting until I hung up the phone. I proceeded to call the company to make a complain on him. At the end of the the RV return I wasn’t aware of the email you’re supposed to go through with the owner for check out and he also didn’t tell me about it. It’s obvious he was planning this all along to blame it on me that’s why he didn’t do the proper check out. Remember he said he wasn’t home to just drop it in his driveway which didn’t seem right. This person is a scammer and tries to take advantage of family’s don’t trust him.
