Great experience with Frank. He communicated very well and adjusted plans a bit. Trailer worked flawlessly as a base camp for our father son forrest camping trip.

The pick up of the RV was smooth. The return of the RV was a nightmare. The owner couldn’t meet us for the return said to just drop it off at his driveway once we got there he showed up. He went around the RV to do a check he said everything looked great and gave us his personal number so we could contact him and not the rental company we went on our way. He calls us 2 days later saying the Rv stairs are broken that they looked like they been dragged and the thing needs to be salvaged. I told him we had nothing to do with that we took well care of the Rv we over cleaned it because he gave us the Rv not drained and not cleaned the floors were dirty the bathroom smelled like urine probably because he doesn’t drain it. I ask myself so why am I getting charged for a cleaning fee but we already know the rules of a rental place Im just saying he didn’t give us the RV cleaned and drained. Franko Jaime seemed like a sincere guy until he try to scam us saying we totaled his RV. Another big red flag he called me personally to tell me I had damaged his RV instead of the company looking to get paid . He’s whole story doesn’t make sense it sounds like he’s ready for a new RV and he is trying to take advantage of me and my family. I told him to take his concerns to the rental company because I had nothing to do with the damages but he kept insisting until I hung up the phone. I proceeded to call the company to make a complain on him. At the end of the the RV return I wasn’t aware of the email you’re supposed to go through with the owner for check out and he also didn’t tell me about it. It’s obvious he was planning this all along to blame it on me that’s why he didn’t do the proper check out. Remember he said he wasn’t home to just drop it in his driveway which didn’t seem right. This person is a scammer and tries to take advantage of family’s don’t trust him.
