---- Check-In & Check-Out: • Early check-in or late check-out: This must be approved in advance. • Pick up by 3 p.m. and return by 3 p.m. The RV must be free of trash and in good cleaning condition. • Early Pick up 7-12 pm $100 extra fee / 1-3 pm $50 extra fee • Late drop off 3-6 pm $50 extra fee / 6-10pm $100 extra fee • Late returns without approval will incur a $150 fee. ---- Returning the RV: • Make sure you leave no trash behind. • Pets are welcome, and there is no additional fee, please return the RV clean and free of pet hair, odors, or stains. Pets must remain off the beds and couch. • Waste Tank Requirements: Black and gray tanks must be emptied (a $75 fee will be charged if not). • Fuel tank must also be returned complete ($5/gallon to top it off or a $250 fee if returned empty). • Tolls: travel charges, including an additional Outdoorsy fee of 25%, will be added based on your total trip spending. ---- Mileage & Generator Usage • 100 miles per day, including extra miles: $0.45/mile • 4 hourly generator use per day included; extra use: $3/hour. ---- RV Care Rules • Roof & Awning: No climbing or storing items on the roof. Stay under the awning—no hanging or swinging. Please remember to close the awning before driving. • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV ($250 fee for violations).
