IT IS NOT IN Palmdale but being in the middle of the national forest it doesn't have an address. This IS A Destination Rental. It's all set up with a picnic table, fire pit and chairs. All you have to do is bring food and show up.
It is so fun with shag carpet dash, steering wheel and drivers seat. What the greatest thing is you are secluded and private. No neighbors but a beautiful forest with a nearby lake. The host is a radio call away. Instead of renting something to drive to a location we've taken that work out of the way. It's got a stove, and sink. There will also be an ice chest full of ice for your food The solar power isn't enough to run the fridge full time so we just provide the ice. There is a water pump for the sink and a gas stove top for cooking. Feel free to bring your camping stove if you prefer to cook outside. We will provide a fire pit but will depend on the Forest Service Fire Danger rating on whether it can be used. You won't have cell reception because you are in the middle of the Angeles National Forest.
There is a pit toilet like all campground in the mountains but it's not shared.
Directions: Exit the 210 at Angeles Crest Hwy go north up the mountain. Go 29 miles then turn left at Sulphur Springs Rd. Go about a mile and there is a sign for Singing Pines up on a hill on the right. There is a white gate (usually opened). Go down that road about a mile to the fork, stay left. Follow it down and around the lake staying right and once you pass the lake up a little hill you'll see the Skoolie on the left.
Ce qui est inclusThere is a RV Queen bed but bring you own linens. There are two+ camp chairs, cookware and utensils for 2. Fire pit and picnic table.
• There will be an ice chest full of ice and a 5 gallon jug of drinking water.
• See add-ons for additional things available.
RecommandationsThis is a secluded private forest location
There is hiking, exploring, geocaching, and mountain biking (Bring your own bike). Depending on the time of year there is a pond with fishing. (Bring your own fishing gear) If the winter is dry then the lake is a small puddle but if we have a normal winter the lake is full and canoeing is included.
Autres points à signalerTHIS IS NOT IN PALMDALE. It is in the Angeles National Monument about an hour from LA up highway 2. It is about an hour from Palmdale and about an hour from Wrightwood. It is near Newcomb's Ranch Restaurant, Angeles Crest Christian Camp and Chilao Campground.
Pets are welcome and can roam but remember it's the national forest so they could roam really far if not attended.
No smoking please.

Hi my name is Brian. I have worked in the outdoor industry for 20 years and I love to give the opportunity for people to come enjoy the outdoors. This is a great little meadow. You can feel the peace when sitting by the fire or out by the lake. It is a glamping experience not a resort. Most really enjoy there time here. I hope you take the opportunity to unplug and refresh.
