This is a great unit for a large family. It has everything you need to go out an enjoy the great outdoors. Everything you need to make your dream vacation a reality! This 5th wheel has 1 slide out in the rear bunk house with sleeping space for 5. The kitchen/living room is equipped with all the necessities in two large slides with an extra large frig/freezer, table and chairs, and plenty of seating space to accommodate a large family, dual recliners and pull out couch that sleeps 2. The master bedroom has a own slide out complete with a king size bed.Outside you will find campers paradise with additional kitchen complete with refreshment 'fridge, stove and sink. Entertain under the large awning and listen to the game on the outdoor sound system and lastly rinse off those sandy toes with an outdoor shower!This unit can be set up and ready for your enjoyment at any of the RV Park/Campgrounds in the Panama City area including, Tyndall AFB, Panama City Beach, and Mexico Beach. We can go further for an additional charge. You reserve and pay for your site, provide the check in and check out time, we set it up on site for you to enjoy and pick it up on check out day. This RV requires a 50 Amp Electrical Hookup and a sewer connection. RV Park/Campground reservations and payment are the responsibility of the customer.This is a drop off rental only. We will drop off and pick up. I will drop off within a 25 mile radius of Panama City Florida. All linens will be provided, you are responsible for toiletries. Minimal cleaning supposes will also be provided such as dish soap and basic household cleaners. This fifth wheel is kept really clean because our family still uses it several weeks a year.When booking your site, please request a site that fits a 41 foot camper with 50 AMP hook up! I charge $80 for anything over 25 miles from Panama City. 150.00 for more than than 50 milesNote: Please note that if fifth wheel is excessively dirty a 65.00 per hour cleaning fee will be withheld from the deposit.This unit is also available for monthly rentals. If you are interested in becoming a Snow Bird and would like to try it for a month here is your opportunity.
