5.0Jeremy and Kelly were lifesavers for our beach camping vacation. We had a last minute breakdown of our camper and needed to quickly find a replacement so our trip could go on as planned. They were awesome to work with and the camper was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well stocked! We would definitely rent with herd haulers again! Thanks for being there for us!

5.0We couldn’t have a better experience with Jeremy and Kelly. We contacted them very last minute and they made everything possible for us to have a perfect Labor Day weekend in Destin, FL. The Camper is amazing with everything we needed and my wife loved the comfy bed! 10/10!

5.0We had a wonderful time with family at St Andres State Park. The RV was supplied with every little detail which was appreciated. Jeremy was a great host in making sure we had all that we needed. The beds were so comfortable.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We're generally very flexible. The most important thing regarding pickup and drop off times is communication. Keep in touch with us prior to your reservation beginning and throughout will help ensure a smooth pickup and drop off.

Do I need to check with my campground to make sure I can have an RV delivered?
R.
Yes. While we have never had an issue with delivering our RV to campgrounds, it is the renter's responsibility to ensure that this is not an issue.

What documents will I need to sign?
R.
Along with Outdoorsy's contract and departure form, Herd Haulers will require you to sign a Supplemental Rental Agreement (SRA), cleaning agreement, awning liability statement, weather liability statement, and air conditioning liability statement. If you have any questions about these documents, please send us a message.

Do you offer a discount on the nightly rate if I tow the RV?

Yes! We offer a discount 20 percent discount if you are planning to tow the RV, rather than having us deliver and setup. Please send us a message to get a discount code.
