We love our travel trailer and we hope you do to! It is spacious enough for the whole family and your friends too. There are two slides, the back bed slides out and the kitchen table slides out giving you lots of interior space. There is enough room to sleep 7 with a king bed, a couch that turns into a bed, a u-shape dining room table that turns into a bed and a bunk bed. Plenty of storage space for all your clothes, food, and accessories. The bunk bed folds up so you can fit bikes, paddle boards, or other accessories. We have a generator, extra sleeping bags, and other camping items you may rent for an additional fee. We ask that you treat this trailer like your own, we still use this and plan to. You must be experienced and have a big enough vehicle to tow this trailer. If you have any questions we are happy to chat anytime. Happy Camping!!

-Does it have a trailer brake installed? The electronic trailer brake controller IS required to rent our trailer.
-Where are you planning to take it? Will you have hookups? Do you need a generator? Just in case you are unaware, the following will not work in an RV without being connected to external power or generator: AC, microwave, electrical outlets, refrigerator and water heater if they are in electric mode (make sure they are set to run on propane). We have a generator you can add on for an additional charge, or you can bring your own. It needs to be an inverter generator and should be 3500 W if using AC.
Don't climb up on the roof or spray bug spray with deet inside or at the trailer (it stains and will bubble the lights if on).
*We will charge additional fees IF:
*we clean up after you (please pay close attention to the toilet area): up to $100
*Dump and clean before you return
*we find any damage to the trailer upon return
*Note: We are usually able to be flexible in our times to meet you, although we work full time. We also have a plans outside of this so please be respectful of our time and show up when we agree to meet. We will not be cancelling our plans to meet you late, which could result in you renting it for an additional night in extreme circumstances. If this moves into another renter's day, you are responsible for making sure we have it with plenty of time to get it ready for them.
