5.0My family had a good experience overall, despite bad weather. The pick up and drop off process was easy, the trailer was as described and clean. The host went over everything in detail with my husband and I at pick up and communicated well. They were also accommodating to us to allow for an early return since the weather turned out to be poor. This was our first time renting an RV so a good first experience.
