Thanks for choosing our RV for your adventure! To ensure a smooth and safe trip for everyone, please review the following rules and expectations: No Pets – We love animals, but to protect our RV and guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if this rule is violated. No Tailgating or Festival Use – This RV is not permitted at tailgates, music festivals, or large crowd events. Violations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the RV. A $500 deep-cleaning fee will apply for violations. Drive Responsibly – No off-roading or driving on unpaved roads. Obey all traffic laws. RV must not be driven under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Mileage & Generator Use – Your rental includes 125 miles/day and 5 hours/day. Extra mileage and generator use will be billed after the trip. Cleanliness – Please return the RV in clean condition. Dishes should be washed and trash removed. Excessive messes may result in an additional cleaning fee. Tanks Must Be Dumped – If you don’t return the RV with tanks emptied, a $75 dumping fee will apply unless otherwise arranged. Fuel & Propane – RV must be returned with the same fuel and propane levels as at departure. Fuel refill is a flat fee of $150. Awning Use – Use the awning responsibly and never in high winds or rain. Damage to the awning is renter’s responsibility and is not covered by insurance. Late Returns – Please return on time. Late returns may result in a fee of $50/hour unless agreed in advance. Authorized Drivers Only – Only drivers listed on the Outdoorsy rental agreement may operate the RV. Communication – Let us know immediately if there’s an issue during your trip. We’re here to help!
