We are ready to deliver your home away from home! We have a 2022 43 foot 5th wheel with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a loft, living room and kitchen for your enjoyment!. First bedroom has a king bed, closet space (note the sliding closet doors can jam at times), a corner vanity and a washer/dryer. Second bedroom has a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen bed, a twin bunk, and closet space. The loft can comfortably sleep 2. Living room has 2 recliners with one of them not reclining fully but still comfortable, and a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen bed. The spacious RV has high ceilings and an open floor plan. The kitchen has a dining table that seats 4, a stove, and electric stove (in the bottom cabinet), paper plates and plastic utensils. This is a perfect listing for large groups or families as it sleeps anywhere from 8-10 people.With the fresh water capacity at 49 gallons, we have found that to be a comfortable but quick 15 minute hot shower with 30 minutes in between to restore more hot water as long as you are attached to full hook ups.Grey water capacity 70 gallons and Black water capacity 35 gallons
Ce qui est inclusWe have pillows, fresh linens (found in room #2's closet), toilet paper, paper towel, trash can under the sink and in bathroom, dish soap and hand sanitizer.Generators and propane are available at an extra charge but please let us know ahead of time if it is something you need us to provide. Generator will be filled with fuel but if you need more, it will be at your expense. Xavier is a real stand up guy. He always stayed in contact with me and answered my questions about trip coming up. Delivered right on time and pick up on time. He even contacted me the moring of departure make sure time was same. His fithwheel was very nice and big every thing worked as saposed to. It was warm outside so make sure you have 50 amp service run the 2 AC unites keep the rig nice and cool. The rig has 2 refrigerators one in kitchen and one outside for your drinks that cools very fast.This fithwheel nice clean and worked well for family. I would definitely rent from him again. (One note just let him deliver this fithwheel its 43' I'm experince in in pulling and was glade he deliverd and dumped tanks.)

First, the pictures are accurate to what is shown on the internet. Four days before my rental start date, I received a cancellation notice due to not being able to drop off and pick up the trailer. I tried booking other rentals but was not successful. I reached out to the owner and stated I was able to use a friend's vehicle to tow the fifth wheel. The owner said I would need to dump the black water and fill it up with water. Not something I would like to do, but I had not choice and agreed. When I picked up the rental, my first sign of challenges began when the auto level from the exterior did not work. The owner had to raise the front from the interior control panel of the trailer, which kept stating "sensor fault." We were finally able to hook it up, and we were off. As we exited out of the property, the sliding hitch made a loud bang. I am on my 7th RV and have owned 5th wheels in the past, this was much louder and violent than what I was used to hearing, but we went on. We get down the road a couple of miles, and I make a turn, and it slams again. My friend who owns the brand new Ford F350 said the sliding hitch was sideways and to pull over right away. I thought maybe we hooked it up wrong, so we unhooked it and hooked it back up. We make a left turn, and it slides again, and we are nervous to brake as the trailer may damage the bed of the truck or even the cab. We were able to slow down and stop on a hill. We called the manufacturer of the sliding hitch and they asked if the trailer had a "capture plate" on the trailer, it did not. We then called a tow company to tow us to our site 3 miles away with a charge of $312. They almost did not tow us because the rig has expired Oregon plates.
