*✨*✨Please read all, will answer 98% of your questions✨*✨* The Fine Print: 🔹Rental Logistics & Rates: --Minimum rental period for VANessa (grey) or NirVANa (white van) is 5-7nights (depending on season), based on 24hr increments, may add on hourly at $20/hr. --Sorry, no 1-way rentals/deliveries. —Pick up: Choose a time 10a~6p (Our schedules and other rentals depend on timeliness; see "add-ons" for hourly). Subject to availability. (If you need to add time to the end of your trip, it needs to be discussed asap, by the day before return, and we'll do our best to accommodate...but we do have our other jobs, etc). --Rates are calculated on 24-hr increments and are subject to change due to seasonal demand. If a rental crosses into another season, the rate will adjust to accommodate the new season rate. --MILEAGE: Every rental comes with 100 mi/per night (accumulative). Mile overage is $.85/mile, tallied at the end of your rental. —CANCELLATION: Under "Rates" section, click on "moderate" for our cancellation policy. 🔹Location: Alameda (See map). We are a lot closer to OAK airport (about 15min Lyft/cab). If coming from SFO, take Bart into Oakland (Lake Merrit station) & a short Lyft ride to the van (total 60~90min). PARKING in Alameda near van is easy (& no street sweeping on 5th St.+) 🔹Maintenance & Responsibility: 🔹Vehicle Consultation: On pick-up, our staff will provide you with a complimentary vehicle consultation. Includes an explanation of all interior and exterior features as well as driving tips. Physical drivers license required @pick-up. (Plan for about 1 hour.) 🔹Fuel: You are required to use the correct fuel (87octane), replace amount used (always @full), and protect the vehicle against inclement weather.
