Must Do's and Some Do Nots: • MUST use seatbelts when in motion with all children buckled in. • DON'T tow anything with our motorhome. • DON'T take our motorhome off-road. • DON'T take our motorhome to Mexico. • DON'T smoke inside of our motorhome. $500 from your security deposit to cover interior detailing will be deducted. • MUST be 25 years old or older to rent our motorhome. • MUST have insurance through Outdoorsy. • DO NOT take our motorhome to Burning Man, but Country Thunder is acceptable with prior approval & must purchase the "Outdoorsy Damage Protection" plan. • MUST fill gas tank before returning. $25 service fee plus the fuel cost will be taken from your security deposit. • MUST stay OFF the roof of our motorhome. Additional Notes: • Tire damage is your responsibility. You are responsible to ensure the inflation of the tires is maintained according to the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations. If you believe damage was not your fault, bring the tire back for inspection by a professional. Reimbursement will be based on the results of that inspection. • If there is a mechanical failure or issue requiring roadside assistance, call Outdoorsy roadside assistance and the vehicle owners. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS unless directed to do so by roadside assistance personnel. Owners must provide approval prior to any repairs and receipts must be provided. • You are responsible for checking and maintaining engine oil, generator oil, coolant, and tire pressures levels at each refueling. Costs due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be your responsibility. Owners will provide instruction on the operation of the vehicle, the vehicle systems and appliances. It is your responsibility to understand and follow the provided instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of repair and/or replacement if you fail to properly operate any of the systems or appliances.
