Alexander responds quickly, offers delivery/setup services, and is flexible. He proactively fixed tire safety issues, approving new tires and a spare. However, one rental was not fully ready upon pickup, and another was reported as dirty and having a strong sewer smell.

The RV was reported dirty with a strong sewer smell. It had serious tire issues, including a flat spot, bubble, and no spare, leading to a blowout, though the owner replaced them. A 550W generator was insufficient for the AC. Guests noted it offers plenty of space.

4.0Communication with Alexander was phenomenal. However, he did not meet us when we picked up the trailer, which led to several YouTube tutorials on how the trailer functioned. The rented generator did not work, so I was forced to go to Home Depot and buy a generator. The generator provided did not have enough amps to power both AC units, or a single AC and microwave. The trailer was not stocked with anything, so you must bring all necessary cooking supplies.

5.0Alexander was awesome! He delivered the trailer to our spot at Pleasant Harbor and set it up so it was nice and cool when we got there. Plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable.

4.0When I picked up the trailer, I advised the owner that one tire had a flat spot, one tire had a bubble, and there was no spare. The owner explained he wanted Discount Tire to verify. So, I took the trailer and on my way home, the tire with a bubble blew out. I was gonna take it the next morning to Discount cause they were already closed and didn’t want to come back the next day to get the trailer cause it was kind of far away(not the owners fault). The next morning I took the trailer to Discount and the owner approved 2 new tires and also a spare wheel and tire in case something else came up. The transaction at Discount was easy and the trailer owner worked well with them and did all he could to fix the issue once Discount verified it. The reason for the 4 stars instead of a 5, was because the trailer wasn’t ready.
