Electric awningLightweight, trailer with queen bed and two double bed bunkhouse. Sleeps 4 without having to convert table or couch. ( If you have smaller children, two will comfortably fit in each bunk bed.) Comes fully loaded with linens, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, cups, 4 rolls of toilet paper, camping chairs and outdoor rug. Two propane tanks provided.NO Smoking/Vaping - There will be a smoke smell removal fee. For future renters/families who do not want the smell of cigarettes/cigars/vape smoke (does not include campfire smell).Domestic travel only - No Mexico/CanadaIf you are camping with no power hookup, a generator is required for amenities: A/C, Microwave, coffee maker. The generator can run off propane or gas, recommend gas and additional fuel as needed based upon amenities needed. Generator will need to be in the tow vehicle, until at sight. Lock provided for generator. $25 daily fee for generator use.If towing and set up sounds too much of a hassle, allow us to pull up the trailer and set everything up for you. Delivery and set up fee $5/mile, with a minimum of $200.Any questions just ask, as we want to you to have a hassle free experience.

The pick-up process was quick and hassle-free—everything was thoroughly explained, and I felt confident with the trailer's setup before heading out. The trailer itself was well-maintained and fully equipped, offering all the comforts of home. It came with a full kitchen, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and all necessary linens and towels. The owner had even stocked up on basic essentials like toiletries, cleaning supplies, and some outdoor gear, which was a nice touch. The drop-off was just as easy, with clear instructions and no hidden fees or surprises. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend renting from this provider. They made the whole process effortless, and the trailer was perfect for a relaxing weekend

5.0We went on a week long excursion. Roughly 1800miles round trip for a family vacation. The RV functioned as intended. The Rv was fully stocked with everything you may ever need and then some. The owner was friendly and was more than willing to accommodate pickup and arrival times. RV was clean on pickup, and was well maintained. Owner gave a detailed brief tutorial on how to use standard equipment and ensured the fridge was running per my request. Simply bring and load your food/gear and your off! I will say 4 people (2adults 2preteens) the limited inside space can be a little cumbersome on a trip of this size. But that was my own fault. So if you’re going on a long trip you may want to look into something slightly larger, or with a slide. But this unit is rather light and easily maneuverable and easily parked. My 18 Titan XD with 5L Cummins diesel handled with ease. And averaged 11.5-12.0mpg doing so thru mixed desert/mountain terrain.
