- No smoking of any kind in the camper, you will be charged $250 if you smoke in our camper- - Pets should not be allowed onto furniture or left in camper unattended- - If renters are unsure of how to use an amenity or have questions - contact owner to seek clarification to avoid damage- no climbing on the roof, no garbage/feminine hygiene items or anything other than organic waste down the toilet, must only use provided camping toilet paper, no soaking cast iron cookware, ensure camper is secured when not in the camper and windows are closed during rain storms. If using the shower/tub, immediately clean up spilled water outside of shower area to prevent water damage to camper. No altering camper functions/layout or changing of stored amenities. Any evidence of misuse will be charged accordingly. Camper is to be returned in the same condition it was given in with used linens/towels dry and piled into one on the floor. Leveling jacks must be stowed, and slide out locks in place when in transit. Renter assumes all responsibility when renting camper and add ons.
