2.0The trailer was great. Very clean. The problem arose when we tried to use the oven and it wouldn't lite. We even had several other campers trying to help with no luck. I called John snd left several messages and finally got him to TEXT not even a call. Finally after we tried everything I called again and he had time to call us. He told us to light it manually which it finally worked. Unfortunately John hung up on us before we could thank him. It was so disappointed considering how much it cost to rent the trailer. If there was some kind of how to sheet or anything that might have helped we wouldn't have had to bother him as he gave us the impression. I didn't realize we were also being charged $200 for the drop and pickup. We were literally just down the street. This is not the first rental we have done but it will be the last for this company. I am thinking of posting on yelp to help others

4.0The trailer was great; it was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The only issue we had was with the power. The breaker on the pole and the GFCI breaker in the bathroom were both tripped. It took us a while to figure it out but all good after that. I'd rent from you again, thanks.
