No experience with a trailer, no worries, we will walk you through everything so you are comfortable and stress free. Sam was super helpful getting us acquainted with the trailer before towing it. He had great communication and walked my husband through all the things we needed to know. It was easy to tow and set up once we got to the site. The bed was firm but we slept fine and our 9 year old loved the bunk bed.
