This camper sleeps 5 with a Murphy style queen bed (includes a very comfortable mattress topper) bunk beds and a dinette that flattens into a bed.This flagstaff 23LB features a tv with satellite. A kitchen with an oven, stove top, microwave, sink, fridge and freezer. A full bathroom with a stand up shower, toilet, sink and mirror/cabinet. Inside and outside speakers. A full automated awning with led lights. A grill with easy propane hookup. Two propane tanks. A/C and heat. Hot water heater. A dining table that can be folded up and used outside. Bike rack for two bikes. Lawn mat included (see first picture).Delivery/pick up: This camper only weighs 4300 pounds and a weight distribution hitch will be included if you tow it yourself. Delivery and set up is available with a fee of $100 within 30 miles. $2 a mile after that.Dog friendly as long as your dog is potty trained. Please no cats due to allergies. Absolutely no smoking inside the camper. Cleaning fee of $100 will be added if the camper comes back not cleaned.
