While the RV got us to our destination, our experience was much more stressful than expected, especially for first-time RV travelers. Mechanical & Driving Concerns: The listing mentioned the RV was easy to drive, but the wheels felt severely unbalanced during the trip. It clearly requires mechanical maintenance. Additionally, the heater was malfunctioning and would not turn off—even when switched to the "OFF" position. This made the drive back extremely hot and uncomfortable. Amenities & Maintenance: The listing stated that sheet blankets would be provided, but none were in the RV upon arrival (luckily, we brought extras). Basic fluids were also neglected: the windshield washer fluid was completely empty, as was the RV's main fresh water tank. The generator stopped working after a single use of the microwave and would not turn back on. Post-Trip Disagreements: To make matters worse, the host falsely claimed we broke the window blinds and attempted to charge us extra for them. We simply rolled them up as intended. Given the lack of basic maintenance, missing amenities, and unfair damage claims, I would recommend looking at other options.
