• This is a pet free RV. Any evidence of pets will forfeit your entire deposit. • No smoking or vaping inside the RV please. • No roof access allowed • Return RV as it was given to you. An excessive cleaning fee of $100 will apply if the RV is not returned in the same clean condition as received. • I am very flexible with pick up and drop off times. Just shoot me a message. Posted hours are pick ip at 2:00PM and drop off 10:00AM. • Gas fee: A $50 charge will apply, plus the amount to refill the tank if the RV is not returned at the same gas level at departure. • During the rental process we are available 24/7, so please keep the line of communication open at all times.
