27 foot Travel trailer, with one slide out. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably, but can sleep up to 8 if needed.
*Indoor kitchen includes stove and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, pantry and several storage areas.
*Outdoor kitchen is a small burner and small grill, and sink, and smaller fridge. All dishes/pots/pans/silverwear/utensils are included.
*Inside there is a table and booth, and a loveseat couch. Flat Screen TV w/ antenna for local stations, with cd/dvd/ aux player.
*Bunk beds in corner with a curtain for privacy. Electrical outlets are in both bunks for plugging in devices. Queen bed is behind wall in bedroom area so you can close the screens for privacy. The couch and the table/booth can both lay down into small beds, that would be better suited for kids.
*Shower and sink and toilet in bathroom, mirror and medicine cabinet.
*Speakers inside and on the outside as rfect for playing your music outside while you relax!
*Awning slides out w/track lighting. Hot/Cold water, water heater. Lots of Storage Space!
*40 gallon potable water tank. electric hookup, water, sewage hookup, all hoses provided.
* We do provide two full propane tanks, you do not need to refill after use.
*Pets welcome! No Smoking.
*Towels and bedding can be supplied free of charge Upon Request. Please let us know if you need us to supply these things.
* If you are not hooked up to sewer system at your campsite, you will be required to dump all sewage before returning trailer. We can dump for you upon return for $15.
* If you will not be hooked up to water at your campsite, we can fill the water tank for you before the trip. $10 to fill up the 40 gallon water tank.
