Renting out my super cute 1988 Perris Pacer. Everything is in great condition with running water and propane gas range. I sterilize everything with Clorox wipes before pickup. Dinning table converts into a double size bed which I recently added memory foam in the cushions to make it super comfy. The couch also converts into a bunk bed for the kiddos. I'm 6'1" and have actually slept in the bunk. It was snug but still really comfortable!
This is a fiberglass camper and is extremely light with a dry weight of about 1000 lbs. But I'd feel most comfortable if you had something rated with at least a 2000 lb towing capacity.
The tow connection is a 7pin round connection and I have an adapter to connect to 4pin flat. I have an adjustable receiver you can use which will fit most heights. Measurement from the ground to the tongue of the trailer is 13.5". Comes with two tanks of propane. All lights and electrical are working properly. I installed a two way Fan-Tastic electric vent fan and a 12 gallon water tank. Also a new truckfridge and a Camco Olympian Wave 6 propane heater that works great! Along with a 400w stereo with an aux cable connection.
