They were super responsive and flexible with meeting points for delivery and pickup of the RV, making our convenience a high priority. Their RV was the perfect size for our group of 6, including me and my wife, along with 4 adult children 19-24. It was well stocked, with all necessities included. I HIGHLY recommend getting the Blackstone grill add-on, as we used this to cook numerous meals at our campsites. Overall, a great experience and 5-star hosts.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We have been flexible with our guest and understand timing doesn't always go to plan. We have a couple hours give or take and will only charge a late fee if rig is returned long after return time.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
We are able to provide guests with videos specific to our motorhome with step by step set up and take down procedures making it easy for first time RV users. Feed back we typically hear is that the RV is easy to operate and takes little time to figure out.

How do I know how to get hooked up to water, sewage and garbage when i get to my camp site?
R.
There are three bags that are labeled in a side storage area on the motorhome. You will find an ELECTRICAL bag, SEWAGE bag and a WATER bag with everything you need for hook ups. You will simply follow instructions inside our users manual or videos provided to set up RV.
