4.0Josh was very responsive and communicated excellently throughout the experience. He was on time, prepared, and the trailer was exactly what we were hoping for. There was an issue with one of the trailer jacks that made it so that the trailer couldn’t be leveled properly, which kept it tilted throughout our stay. Everything else was great and I would still recommend, with the caveat of making sure the trailer is level.
