• You will need at least a half ton truck or a large SUV to pull the
trailer, if not we offer delivery. Your vehicle will need to be equipped
with a trailer break controller.
• No Smoking inside the trailer
• No Festivals Please
• $125 Prep Fees covers cleaning and supplies
• Please dump waste tank (black and grey tanks) before returning, if
not we will dump for a $100 fee
• If you rent the generator you will be responsible for gas
• Please treat our RV with respect, like it's your own.
