5.0I took the RV to a playa for some land sailing for 3 nights, it was a great experience made even better by the RV. It was set up perfectly, full kitchen equipment, bed sheets, lots of towels and accessories as part of the rental. Was plenty clean and ready to go. Hook up with provider was super easy, and drop off was so well arranged that I was able to make my flight home without a hitch. We had up to 3 sleeping in the RV, one in the main bed, another in the cab over, and another in the settee with comfort. The hot water and heater worked great, and the pop out added a ton of room. This rental met all my expectations, and if they will have me again, I would rent this RV in a heartbeat.

3.0The RV worked as advertised but it was very dirty. Dust over everything - even over the dishes that were inside the drawer. It looked like there was an attempt to wash the outside but it was a mess. Minimal dishes or cookware provided and I don't think the dishes were microwave safe. Before pick up communication was not as good as expected but afterwards communication went very well. Positives - it rode well, and the bed was very comfortable. Essentially everything worked.
