5This was the first time we rented an RV and NV RV rentals made it easy and convenient. Our original RV we had booked to rent ended up needing repairs and we got upgraded to a different RV this was communicated to us all along the way. The RV we ended up with ( leprechaun) was brand new, super clean, fully stocked, safe, and reliable. We were picked up at the airport efficiently and the communication throughout our trip was quick. We traveled with our toddler and everything was perfect for a family trip. My only suggestion would be that there needs to be clearer return instructions maybe laminated and left in the RV. We had a hard time figuring out where to dump all the black/gray water. Other than that it was a perfect rental!
