Performs well, drives easily
The 2015 Forest River FR3 handled local and interstate roads, even mountains, impressively. It was comfortable, clean, well-maintained, fully equipped, and easy to set up for camping.

5.0We had a great experience renting the 2015 Forest River FR3 30DS. The owner was a fabulous communicator from start to finish and was incredibly helpful with any little challenges or questions that came up along the way. The unit is 11 years old, so it is important to understand that it is not brand new and should not be expected to feel brand new. That said, it is well maintained, comfortable, and served our family very well. Setup at the campground was very easy, and the instructions were straightforward and simple to follow. We took the RV on a longer trip of over 2,000 miles and felt comfortable and safe the entire time. It handled both local roads and interstate driving very well, and it handled the Black Hills near Mount Rushmore like a champ. I was very impressed with how well it performed. The owner also did a great job with the walkthrough before the trip. The time spent going over the RV was appropriate in both length and content, giving us the information we needed without feeling overwhelming. He also allowed us to park our vehicles at his home while we were away, which was very helpful and appreciated. I would highly recommend both this owner and this rental unit. We had a very positive experience and would not hesitate to rent from him again.

5.0The RV was GREAT! Very clean and well stocked and equipped. Just perfect for our trip. The host, Michael was very nice and accommodating to our schedule of pick-up and return times. He always returned texts and calls quickly. If ever we need an RV in MO again . . . we're renting from Michael!!!

5.0Michael was a great host. This being our first time renting an RV with Outdoorsy, Michael was very accommodating with our questions and helped us through the process (which turned out to be super easy). The RV was as advertised and had everything we needed. We honestly could have brought less stuff. This was our first official family vacation with our little boys and we will remember it for a lifetime. We are looking forward to another future trip and highly recommend using Michael's rig for a vacation!
