I originally booked when it was listed for $25/night. John was extremely quick to message and say outdoorsy screwed up and he needs to cancel so I can rebook. I thought it was great how quick he responded and it matched the reviews, so he cancelled the wrong amount and I rebooked. Not my fault that he put the wrong amount, but that’s fine, I get it. After booking I tried to message John to inquire about an early drop off and after four days of no response, I had to reach out to the company. They assured me John had great ratings and they would reach out to him to get him to respond. He responded, I answered and asked another question, silence again. I had reached out a week before my trip, so we’re now at the morning of and I have no idea what time the RV is getting dropped off. I called the company again and John finally responded. I was disappointed after seeing the reviews about how well he communicated. The RV was great, but I’d give someone else your money.

I have a young family of 3 kids and a full time job and can’t always respond immediately. Drop off is strictly 3pm however I attempted to do you a favor by dropping off early. I wasn’t going to know until the day off what time I was going to be able to get it there because I was squeezing it in to help you out. On top of that, you returned the RV smelling of weed and smoke while we have a strict no smoking policy. The awning was also broken which it was not when it was dropped off.
