4.0Host had great communication. Motorhome's awning and onboard generator did not work which sucked because we could have used it after we hit a deer on the way to our destination. Host was extremely understanding with what happened to us and was really worried if we were safe. We were fine but the RV needed repairs which thankfully was able to be done and a 30 hour delay. RV came mostly clean but there was some debris in the storage areas. I'm a pretty laidback guy so none of these were major issues but other people might be more annoyed since those features are listed. Would have gave 5/5 if the awning and onboard generator were working.

1.0The front ac was not working we were assured the back ac was going to be sufficient to pull cold air to the front on the day of our trip! Previous reports also indicated the ac was not working yet they chose not to correct it. They had tape holding the mirror in place and on the day of the husband gave us a yellow cloth stating the fridge may leak wipe it down with the yellow cloth. This vehicle is not prepped for long travels so be careful! We ( 2 adults 2 kids and a baby) were in LA with 35 degree temperatures. One room for 5 ppl to cool down I was trying to be reasonable for a refund and she couldn't keep her story straight and take accountability. Now I am having to go through outdoorsy to hopefully get a refund.
