Welcome to our 2019 Keystone Springdale Mini! If you’re the kind of traveler who believes the real vacation happens outside the trailer, you’re our kind of camper. We use this rig exactly as a great family basecamp should be used: a comfortable, dry, cozy place to get a fantastic night's sleep, whip up a solid meal, and enjoy the massive convenience of having your own private bathroom right on your campsite. The trailer comfortably sleeps 4 guests, but can accommodate up to 6.Embrace the Digital Detox:
Please note that this is a purposefully non-technological camper. You won't find a TV, Wi-Fi, or any flashy high-tech gadgets here. We treat our trailer like a cozy, hard-sided cabin on wheels. Its main purpose is to give you a clean, comfortable place to sleep, eat, rest, and stay dry at night. We aren't the types to sit inside all day staring at a screen—even in the rain, you'll find us outside under a canopy enjoying the woods. If you are looking for a rolling luxury resort packed with electronics, this won't be the right fit. But if you want to unplug, unwind, and have a reliable, comfortable home base to just enjoy nature and get away from technology, look no further.Top Features You’ll Love:The Ultimate Basecamp Bathroom: No flashlight walks to the campground bathhouse in the middle of the night. Having a private restroom right inside your doors is a total game-changer.Ice-Cold AC: If you are staying at a site with full electrical hookups, the air conditioning gets incredibly cold—perfect for cooling down after a long day of hiking or paddling.Built for Easy Camping: We've outfitted the rig with premium upgrades to make your setup stress-free. It features a push-button electric power tongue jack, an automatic power awning, dual propane tanks with an easy manual swap, and a specialized weight-distribution hitch with an anti-sway bar to keep your drive incredibly smooth and stable.Fully Stocked for Fun: We’ve taken the guesswork out of packing. The kitchen comes completely loaded with all your essential cookware, utensils, and cleanup gear. Plus, we keep a massive stash of classic board games and family activities tucked away on board—feel free to grab them, take them out to the picnic table, and just have fun disconnecting.Compact & Easy to Park: Because it’s a Springdale Mini, it easily fits into smaller, more private campsites that larger rigs could never dream of backing into.Ce qui est inclusWe fully stock the trailer with cooking, cleaning, utility, and entertainment essentials. Just bring your food, clothes, bedding, and sense of adventure!Appliances: Toaster, Mini Waffle Iron, NutriBullet Go Blender, and a Water Kettle.Cookware & Prep: 2 Pots, 1 Pan, 1 Steamer Pan, 1 Steamer Bowl, 4 Mixing Bowls, 1 Cutting Board, and a Fruit Bowl with a Banana Stand.Knives & Tools: 1 Chopping Knife, 1 Cutting Knife, 1 Paring Knife, 4 Steak Knives, a Vegetable Peeler, and a Can Opener.Utensils & Service for 6+: Spatula, Tongs, 2 Serving Spoons, Whisk, Measuring Cups/Spoons, plus 6 Plates, 4 Bowls, 6 Cups, and full silverware set.

This camper is the perfect size for a classic New England state park loop, mountain getaway, or campground weekend. We use this rig as our personal mobile bedroom—we park it, hook it up, and spend 90% of our day outside exploring, canoeing, and sitting by the fire. It gives you the rustic camping experience with the safety net of a private bathroom, cold fridge, and dry sanctuary if a downpour hits. Our top regional recommendations based on years of camping:• Israel River Campground (Jefferson, NH): My all-time favorite! Located deep in the White Mountains near Mount Washington, Santa's Village, and Story Land. Getting a site right on the river allows you to fall asleep to rushing water right on the riverbank. It’s the ultimate mountain basecamp.
• Horse Island at Pawtuckaway State Park (Nottingham, NH): We love state parks, and this is a major favorite. The waterfront campsites on Horse Island are spectacular. It’s an absolute paradise if you bring a canoe, kayak, or boat to explore the big lake right from the island loop.
• Danforth Bay Camping Resort (Freedom, NH): A fantastic resort-style spot we've thoroughly enjoyed. It offers excellent facilities, great waterfront access, and plenty of space to set up an outdoor camp footprint.
• Regional Favorites: This single-axle trailer is a perfect match for any regional Spacious Skies campgrounds or classic KOA locations, fitting effortlessly into standard wooded sites.Pro-Tip for Private Camping:
We highly recommend checking out the Hipcamp app if you want unique, private land listings. It is a fantastic tool for finding secluded, off-the-beaten-path waterfront sites and quiet escapes where you can avoid the crowds of commercial campgrounds.Towing Note:
Because of its nimble design, this trailer is incredibly easy to manage on winding mountain passes or tighter, tree-lined state park dirt loops where bulky RVs won't fit.Autres points à signalerFailure to comply results in full financial liability for damages, deducted from the deposit or claimed through insurance. No Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside. Any trace of smoke odor results in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit for deep-cleaning.Strict Tank Monitoring: Closely monitor levels on the interior panel. Any tank overflow results in immediate, automatic forfeiture of your entire deposit for biohazard sanitation.Water Management: Without hookups, use the freshwater tank wisely. Conserve during dishes and showers. Once gone, it is gone, and over-use quickly overflows wastewater tanks.Wastewater Tanks ($150 Fee): Black and grey tanks must be fully emptied/flushed before return (dump black first, then grey). A flat $150 fee applies if returned with full or partially full tanks.Off-Grid Power: Outlets, microwave, and AC only work when plugged into 30-amp shore power. Fridge, freezer, lights, slide, and awning run on battery/propane off-grid. No generator provided.RV Toilet Paper Only: Use only the provided rapid-dissolving paper. Never flush standard paper, wipes, or paper towels. Renters cover all plumbing clog costs.Leave No Trace: Return the trailer clean. Remove trash, wipe counters, and wash/put away kitchen gear. A rubber broom and small mop are provided.Inventory: Do not remove gear. Return games and sports balls to the storage bay under the right-hand dinette bench (near the bed). Renters pay replacement costs for missing/broken items.Shoes Off: Leave muddy boots outside to keep trail debris off the floor.
Awning Safety: Retract the power awning whenever unattended, in high winds, or in heavy rain to prevent structural damage.

5.0Our family loved this camper. My husband and I enjoyed the upgraded mattress. Our kids thought it was fun to sleep in bunkbeds, and they slumbered like bears in a den. The air-conditioning and fan along with the thick walls and dark shades made for a great night of sleep. We even had room for my toddlers pack and play in the kitchen zone. The kitchen was well stocked and very convenient. Joe’s friendly hospitality at the pickup and drop off was an added delight.
