-Disclosure: The trailer is expected to be returned cleaned and ready for the next renter, aside from linens. You are still expected to clean all dishes, dispose of trash, vacuum, wipe counter tops down, clean toilet, and wipe down shower, etc. If this is not done and trailer is not returned in a clean condition, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit.

*Dump black tank first, then dump gray tank to flush hose. Do NOT leave gray and black tanks open continuously. This will cause build up of waste that is unable to be flushed out and will result in a claim to replace waste tank with the financial responsibility falling to the renter. Only open them when you are ready to dump. Failure to dump tanks will result in additional dumping fee.Vehicle requirements:

We have one daughter and two furry four legged children. We purchased our trailer for my husband job, but when he stopped traveling so much we decided to rent it out instead of having it sit in storage. So far it has been a really great experience with wonderful renters!
