No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV. If smoke odors or evidence of smoking is found, a cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. Toilet Use: Only RV-safe toilet paper (provided) should be used. Do not flush regular toilet paper, wipes, or any other items. Clogs or damage to the holding tank caused by improper use will result in a deduction from your deposit. Towing & Roof Access: No climbing on the roof and no towing vehicles or trailers unless pre-approved. Pets: Pets are welcome only if pre-approved. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive pet hair, damage, or odors. Fuel & Propane: Return the RV with the same fuel and propane levels provided at pickup. Fees may apply if returned low. Cleaning Expectations: Please return the RV in reasonably clean condition — dishes washed, trash removed, and surfaces wiped. Excessive cleaning may result in a fee. Late Returns: Communicate any delays. Late returns without prior notice may incur additional charges.
