• Campsite Requirements – Campsite must support a travel trailer and have appropriate hookups (30-amp electric recommended).
• Occupancy Limit – Maximum of 8 guests unless approved in advance.
• Pets – Pets allowed with prior approval. We prefer not to have pet fees however damage caused by pets will have to be resolved.
• No Smoking – Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the camper. A high cleaning fee will be charged if violated.
• No Open Flames Inside – No candles or open flames inside the camper.
• Toilet Use – Only RV-safe toilet paper may be used. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products.
• Clean Condition – Camper must be returned in good condition. Camping dirt is fully expected. Excessive cleaning beyond normal camping may result in additional fees.
• Trash – All trash must be bagged and disposed of properly before checkout.
• Check-In / Check-Out – Times will be coordinated in advance. Late departures may result in additional fees.
• Damage – Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
