Spacious toy hauler, sleeps 6 comfortably with lots of amenities needed for any family camping trip from the beach to the desert and anywhere in between.Inside Cargo
Back opens to store large items inside. The dimensions are 13x72in. Great for UTV vehicles and other large items such as a surfboard or kayak. There is also a storage compartment on the outside available for use.Living Room
The living room has a couch, 2 swivel captain chairs, table and 42” tv with Firestick *wifi not included.Kitchen
The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, oven and stove. It is also equipped with spices, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Plates, cups, coffee pot and mugs also are included.Master Bedroom
Master bedroom has a queen bed and small closet and drawer.Top Bunk Bed
Above the living space is a queen bed that comes down electronically.Couch Bed
The couch also folds into a full size bed if needed.Bathroom
Has shower, toilet and sink. Towels, first aid kit, and some toiletry items included.Blackout coverings on all windows and vents.Bluetooth speakers for indoor and outdoor music.Electric awning and outdoor LED lighting on the side.Ducted AC and heating. A fee of $100 will be subtracted from security deposit if RV tanks (Fresh, Grey and Black) aren't properly flushedNo smoking at all, no use of illegal or legal drugs or smoking inside the RV.
No smoking of any kind inside or around the RV.
