5.0Adam was a great host. The RV itself was very clean and well stocked with lots of the basics you would need. When we were inquiring about RVs, we were new to towing with a truck. We had lots of questions and were unsure of things. Adam was able to help us with lots of those answers. Adam was also very prompt in responding to our questions. Our rental experience was great too. We like that we could pick up the RV early in the morning and return it later in the day which worked out well for our travel plans. At pickup, Adam thoroughly went over the operation of the RV and answered questions we had. He showed us how to use the sway control hitch since we never used one. During the rental there were a few things we just couldn't figure out so we were able to call or text Adam and he was quickly able to help us out. The return was smooth and quick too.
